Ryan's Well / The Story of Ryans Well

Last night I watched "Ryan's Well" from The Spiritual Cinema Circle. I posted this in my blog too.
It's the story of a six-year-old named Ryan Hreljac, who, while in kindergarten, heard that children in an African village in Uganda had to walk a long, long way just for fresh drinking water. He was so shocked he decided to raise the $70 he believed it would take to drill a well for the village. When it turned out that it would actually take thousands of dollars to drill the well, he decided to raise that amount.
What's so special about this story is this little boy believed he is as responsible as anyone for creating a solution to an enormous problem. In this case - the lack of fresh and available drinking water in Africa. Ryan's story demonstrates if we're willing to take responsibility for the state of the planet and the plight of others, the world can truly be a better place!
In fact Ryan Hreljac has now gone on to raise more than a million dollars!
His parents said that when confronted with the short fall, Ryan simply said "I guess I'll need to do more chores then".
How many of us would have scaled back our dreams to fit what we perceive as "Reality"? How many of us when confronted with such an obstacle, like Ryan would simply say, "Ok, I guess I'll do a little more then!" AND STILL MAKE IT HAPPEN.
I came away form that movie thinking of the areas I wanted to do a little more in. These are the "wells" I will build, just as Ryan built his:
1) Balance Company
The first thought that came up were my friends in the Balance Company. This is how many of my friends and I have fun, make money and make a difference and it basically funds everything else I do. I can't wait for them to create the income they want. I know of so many cool projects that will begin when they've created the income they want. These are the best people I know and it is really an honor to count them as my friends. You can meet many of them on the Balance Company Forum here at Powerful Intentions. Many people don't know that many well known people have used Network Marketing to achieve what they want. Jerry Hicks (Esther Hick's husband) was an Amway distributor years ago and used the money and free time to take Esther around the country sharing Abraham. At that time it was just "Abraham". There are more like Mark Victor Hansen and Joe Vitale. Joe was in a company with me a few years ago and did very well. I have not seen an industry that has as much power to change lives as Network Marketing. If interested in how conscious people create success I suggest reading the Seven Spiritual Laws of Success.
2) Powerful Intentions
Powerful Intentions (where you are now) will grow into a huge group of like minded people that will help millions of people by creating a space that is pre-conditioned to help them achieve their goals (see home page). This is important to me and there is no other place like it on the planet. I have now been almost two years since I first thought of creating a community like this and called Marcy. I told her the programmers would have it done in two weeks. It ended up taking nearly a year to complete. We joke about that all the time
With the release of The Secret, Powerful Intentions is seeing thousands of new visitors every day! True Law of Attraction!
3) Making a Difference
I started a non-profit called Local Outreach.org after watching Ryan's Well. It'is simple, but powerful idea. I've partnered with a few others in the past and done some great things. I met Gerald Hilwite last week. He's a former Denver Bronco (4 times to Super Bowl) and founder of a non-profit that's listed as one of the 172 points of light by Former President Bush. He has a passion to help kids and is joining me in my business. By pulling together I know we will create an amazing organization that will help thousands of people. It will be effortless and it will happen with ease. I am already leaning many of my business associates are eager to help!
Local Outreach will not ask for money. It will not need to. I am simple sharing with people how their donation of as little as $100 can create nearly $1,000 a year donations. Those that feel attracted to help are already contacting me to be a part of Local Outreach or to make a donation of "collection Boxes" that will fund projects in their area for years to come.
Anyone that donates boxes will see a return like never before. I will be advertising and placing their name - or web site- on each of the boxes they donated and creating online and offline advertising campaigns that will focus on appreciating those that have donated and made a difference. Its not all on the home page yet, but it will be!
4) My Body, Mind & Spirit
A) I am a vegetarian. More accurately, I'm Vegan. This is a personal choice. Some time ago I came to a place where eating meat became undesirable. I began to notice a difference in meditation when I quit eating meat. Every time I would start again I would get a real bad vibe from it. It's as simple as that. Everything is energy, including the food we eat.
B) I'm going to have a regular schedule for working out and meditation. I am making exercise more important part of my life. Just like anything else in life it has to be important to you or it isn't going happen. Things are already falling in place. I just found out that teh Casino (4 blocks from my house) allow people not staying in the hotel to join their GYM!
What I will invest to make this happen.............
I have been contemplating getting rid of my television and am going to do it. In an effort to do a little more to make all of the above happen (like Ryan) I've decided to invest all the time I currently spend watching TV into the above goals. I I cancelled the 372 satellite channels I had flowing through four television sets into my home and when I recently moved to Reno I decided not to get any television service. I was s anews junkie and am already seeing teh difference in my life in many areas besides the extra time. I've found it to be much more peaceful. Just the other day I realized how much of my time had been stolen by my television. I mean, really, if you were just told you only had 24 hours to live would you go plop down in front of the television? I know I wouldn't. As I write this I am realizing it was not having a television that led me to start watching the Spiritual Cinema Circle movies I had been "too busy" for when I had a television.
Not everything is here. I don't know where stand-up comedy fits or a relationship yet. I do know I can always count on surprises!
This past week my lap top crashed and after waiting a week my vendor said his tech guy ran off with my lap top and disappeared to Las Vegas with a girl he met on the Internet and intended to marry. Usually I'm all for love birds but NOT WHEN THEY TAKE MY LAP TOP WITH THEM!
Ryan Hreljac is an inspiration to everyone.
Make a plan! When challenges appear........................ be like Ryan.
Just do a little more and make it happen anyway!

My Intentions
I'm an Ambassador of Abundance - helping others attract more of what they want in their life. I inspire with information that leads people to take action that improves their life and the world around them.
When I come to a city I'll be showing The Secret and talking about the online Law of Attraction Community I founded called Powerful Intentions.
I'll also be setting up a local chapter for my non-profit, LocalOutreach.org and meeting people that have joined me in my home based business.

Creating Community
I first thought of creating PowerfulIntentions.com as a way to connect like minded people. This is me. Powerful Intentions has grown into a community with tens of thousands of members and is now the âOfficial Forumâ for The Secret. We have a whole team of co-founders that co-create with the three principals; Marcy, Bob and myself. The Law of Attraction World Tour is a natural extension of my desire to connect people with others that will warm their heart and feed their soul.
Iâm connecting people in small and large towns all around the world with the "Law of Attraction Home Page" and The "Law of Attraction Discussion" Forums.
Empowering Individuals
Many people are not aware of the powerful effect their thoughts have on what they create in their lives. Many, especially after watching the secret are ready to make a change to create more of what they want.
