Iwant to attract a SPESIFIC person into my life... Is it possible to do that? If a person for example has no obvious interest in you, is it possible? How should I try and manifest it? Is there a certain technique I can use?

I apologize for all the questions, I am a bit confused.

LOA says that like attracts like, so you'd have to be on the same frequency as he/she is. 

If someone isn't interested in you, let it go at that, and find someone who is. Ask yourself why you are attracted to someone who is emotionally unavailable in the first place.

Yes it is possible but you CAN'T CONTROL PEOPLE. Like for instance, if someone likes you and you don't like them they can't force you to like them using the secret because everyone has free will. But if both people have a slight attraction it could work. I believe that you deserve better than whatever person you want to attract so you should focus on your soul mate/dream girl or guy and try to attract that. You will find out that your soul mate is more of a perfect match then your currently wanted person, you may not see it now but i know from experience.
